This sweet prom gown by Jessica McClintock features a strapless neckline. The neckline is accented with a contrasting band that extends all the way around and is finished off in the front with a small bow. The bustline has a keyhole under bow. A line t length skirt with tulle underlay which shows from under hemline. As seen in Teen Prom Magazine! Size 13 no longer available in the black and cerise. Sizes 3 and 5 sold out in the peri blue.
